Over the last few weeks we have talked about several topics. This week I’d like to talk about gifts that you can give to the important people in your life. These gifts will relate to writing ethical wills or creating family trees.

You can include books on family trees and genealogy, photo albums and a gift certificate to a genealogy website. You can also include research that you have done for them on their family tree.

If you want to give an extra special gift then consider putting together a family tree for the special people on your shopping list. The effort that you put into this project is the most important and valuable part of the gift. To complete this gift idea you will need family photos, marriage certificates, birth certificates and announcements and other family documents. You can put this gift together as a simple chart or as a work of art.
