Taste is something that you will want to take into consideration when selecting your humor items. Try to focus on what is going to make the people you leave behind smile and remember you fondly.
If you are interested in including a funny story from your life in your spiritual ethical will then I highly recommend that you start writing these early. When funny events occur in your life write them down in a journal. You can them reference your journal when composing stories and narratives for your will later on down the road. Jokes, on the other hand, can be either written down when you hear them, or you can write them down freestyle as you compose your will.
There are many benefits of writing an ethical will early. Starting your ethical will early will allow you to make revisions, capture your changing outlooks on life and capture great moments in your life as they happen. Your spiritual ethical will is your chance at immortality, so take your time and have fun writing it.
